Young Eagles

The Young Eagles program was started by the EAA in 1993 with the goal of introducing children ages 8-17 to the joy of flying. All flights are provided free of charge as the pilots donate their airplanes and time and fuel. The goal was to provide this experience to one million youngsters worldwide by Dec.17, 2003. That date marked the 100th anniversary of the Wright Brothers' first successful flight.

The Young Eagles Coordinators are John Voda and Sid Miller.

Our next Young Eagles Day is TBD.
